In order to get BCA admission at  Inmantec Institutions, candidates need to meet the last educational qualification set by the college. Aspirants should complete Class 12 with a 45% aggregate. Those who complete Class 12 from any discipline and recognised board with a minimum 45% aggregate can also apply. The admission starts from April every year.

It is a three-year course spread over six semesters at Alva's College followed by a personal interview. The course degree is offered through Mangalore University. It is a specialised course which provides the quickest entry to the IT industry. It also caters for the need of IT-enabled services, banks, BPOS, KPOS and various requirements of the public and private sector.

To get admission to the BCA course at Alva's College, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates who passed Class 12 in the relevant stream. Further, the average package of the top 20 offers was INR 4.30 LPA.
