Hi, the process of seeking admission to any course of IGNOU is very simple. Just visit the website of IGNOU download the brochure cum application form. Go through it. Select the course that you want to do. Read about eligibility and ensure that you indeed are eligible. Then follow the instructions and pay the fees. Moment you do this, your course has begun. Just do not worry. I can understand your angst and the anxiety. Frankly speaking if you want to become a scientist then there is no need to do engineering. You should go for BCA MCA and then Ph.D. You will then be able to become scientist. Best wishes to you.
