Yes, you can surely change your college from CMR University to MSRUAS.Some documents like Migration Certificate, Semester Marksheet, Identity Card etc. will be required .

Yes, you can but the rules for it vary from university to university. Generally, the candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Music with a minimum 50% aggregate score in the final examination. There is no age limit for the course. The admission process can be either entrance exam-based or merit-based.
Ideally, you must pursue MCA .Interest can be fulfilled anytime with other means but try to plan that think which you like as well as possible and is your strength.

Bharathiar University admission to the PG course is through the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET). This state-level entrance exam is conducted by Anna University. VIT Vellore BCA admission is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates need to pass Class 12 with Mathematics/ Business Mathematics as one of the main subjects and a minimum of 60% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST candidates and applicants belonging to Jammu & Kashmir and North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura) to apply for BCA course. After completion of the selection rounds, candidates need to come for counselling.
