Candidates need to apply online for admission. Find below the steps to apply for Brainware University admission:
Step 1: Visit the official website.
Step 2: Click on 'Apply Now' on the home page.
Step 3: Provide basic details like name, course, etc. to book your seat.
Step 4: As soon you book a seat, registration link will be available.
Step 5: Fill the application form and send the documents through e-mail/ whatsapp.
Step 6: Pay the application fee and send the payment details to contact person by mail/ whatsapp
Step 7: Submit the application form.

Students can also apply for national and state scholarships like West Bengal Chief Minister Relief Fund (Nabanna) Scholarship, Scholarship for SC, ST and OBC students in West Bengal, etc. Check below Brainware University Merit Scholarships:

The Brainware University BCA fee is INR 3.7 lakh - INR 4.7 lakh as per an unofficial source. The fees might include components other than tuition fees. Candidates after getting shortlisted based on BET score, need to come for document verification. After final selection, aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat. Additionally, candidates also need to pay a registration fee at the start. Candidates can pay the registration fee via any of the online payment mode. One should also keep the fee slip with them for reference at later stages.

Check below the Brainware University admission process for BCA course:
- Candidates first need to apply for BCA course at the official website of the university.
- They need to appear for Brainware Eligibility Test.
- The university shortlists candidates based on their BET score for admission.
- Apart from BET score, candidates must also pass Class 12 in any stream with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ PwD) for BCA admission.
- After completion of the selection rounds, candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat.

Brainware University has not released BCA placements yet. The 2023 placement session is still in progress. So far, more than 400 students have been placed in over 280 companies that visited the University campus. The Brainware University the highest package stood at INR 36 LPA and the average package offered was INR 3.5 LPA.
Brainware University saw below-mentioned change in the placement in comparison to last year:
- The highest package offered in 2023 was the same as in 2022
- The number of companies visited in 2023 dropped by nearly 44% when compared with 2022
