BCA is a degree programme and can open the doors to your desired Masters but with Polytechnic, you would not be able to take by post graduate degree as it offers Diploma. The minimum cut off is 65%. So, MS University. You should either take admission in private university or you should give improvement exam to raise your 12th percentage and then appear for admission in the MS university.
