B.Sc CS is a General Course and BCA is a Technical Course, so getting job from BCA is easy than B.Sc CS. After B.Sc CS you can do M.Sc CS or MCA both.

BCA B.Sc BA are graduation courses, which you can complete in three years only and you will get your graduation certificate. In these courses, you study only the basics of computer Science. While in BE or B.Tech, you will get full knowledge about the computer programming languages. It will take four years and cover almost all the subjects of computer Science engineering. Chances of getting a job is more in B.Tech courses. Best of luck.
