The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course, you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent (diploma/degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.

First of all, decide where you want to take admission. Then check the admission procedure of that college. Admission procedure is different for different colleges. All the best for your future.

I doubt, if you'll be granted admission based on your class 12th class percentage. I would suggest you to once get in touch with the admission committee of the college and explain your situation before applying.

It depends on the college you are trying to apply. So, please specify the college name and for a rough idea it will cost you around 15 lacs in the tier two colleges. Reply to your comment:- for BCA+MCA in LPU Delhi you will need 4.5 lacs to 6.5 lacs. And integrated MCA will add some 50000 more to your cost of study.
