Hi Vaishnavi, if we talk about BCA course it is not mandatory to have maths as your subject in class 12th. Yes you should have maths in class 10th otherwise you are not eligible for the course.

The admissions are strictly based on merit, written test (where as applicable), and personal interview and on first come first serve basis. Interested candidate should fill up form in block letters, indicating the required course along with the relevant documents as indicated above. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

To be eligible for admission into BCA, a candidate needs to score at least 45% in their +2. The eligibility criteria is different for every university. Some universities demand for 60% in +2 with Maths and computer Science as mandatory subjects and some universities don't. So, it depends upon from which university you want to do your BCA.
