No, you cannot do another bachelor degree.
You can pursue MCA or M.Tech after clearing Gate Exam.

Yes you can pursue BCA via distance education. The minimum education requirements are 12th with 45% marks.

Yes, commerce students can apply for BCA course. If you are a commerce student and want to join BCA then you can definitely join this course.

Delhi University does not offer BCA. So, you have to consider other universities for BCA. The general eligibility criteria for admission into the BCA course is that a candidate must score at least 45% in +2, in order to be eligible for admission.

Depending on the domain where you would like to pursue career, develop skills. You can learn a lot while doing BCA. Few things which you can do is:
1. Learn a programming language (C, C+, C#, Ruby, Java, Python, etc. )
2. Learn a database (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle SQL, etc. )
3. HTML, CSS, JS, query, Angular, Node, etc.
4. Cyber Security
5. Digital Marketing
6. Adobe Photoshop
7. DevOps
8. IoT
9. Machine learning and Artificial intelligence.

All three are completely different. BBA is recommended, if you want to enter management. MBA would be needed after BBA. So, if you are planning to pursue MBA then go for BBA. BCA is Bachelors of Computer Applications. If you are interested in making a career in IT, then go for BCA, B.Sc can be done in IT, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, etc. If you want to make a career in IT, you can do B.Sc IT or B.Sc CS. I would personally not recommend you to do B.Sc in plain sciences unless you want to become a teacher or scientist. Ask yourself what do you want to do in life? What are your aspirations?
