Yes, commerce students can apply for BCA course. If you are a commerce student and want to join BCA then you can definitely join this course.

Delhi University does not offer BCA. So, you have to consider other universities for BCA. The general eligibility criteria for admission into the BCA course is that a candidate must score at least 45% in +2, in order to be eligible for admission.

Unfortunately, MNCs usually do not prefer candidates with correspondence education.

Depending on the domain where you would like to pursue career, develop skills. You can learn a lot while doing BCA. Few things which you can do is:
1. Learn a programming language (C, C+, C#, Ruby, Java, Python, etc. )
2. Learn a database (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle SQL, etc. )
3. HTML, CSS, J

All three are completely different. BBA is recommended, if you want to enter management. MBA would be needed after BBA. So, if you are planning to pursue MBA then go for BBA. BCA is Bachelors of Computer Applications. If you are interested in making a career in IT, then go for BCA, B.Sc can be done

45% marks in PCM in 12th standard. Some colleges have entrance, so you have to go through that as well. Also, this thing vary for top colleges, they ask for 60-70 % PCM marks for their entrance.

45% percentage in PCM, it is entrance based. You are eligible for entrance only if you have 45% marks in PCM. Also, this is general criteria but differ from college/university to college/university.
