The overall ranking of Amity University as per National institutional ranking frame work (NIRF) for year 2018 is 80th and in management the university is at 48th ranks. The MBA admission are based on percentile and scores in CAT/MAT/GMAT/XAT/NMAT and university test. In my opinion, if you have enough time and money, then prepare yourself for getting admission in any reputed IIMS, because the admission procedure is almost same, but the fee structure are different. The IIM-A charging about Rs 10 lacs per academic year on the hands the Amity fee is about Rs 276000 per semester. But, remember the MBA from an IIM has great weightage over other universities. First of all, it is necessary to understand which direction you want to build your career or what expectations you have, infact what kind of job you want. Although, it is an early stage, still planning is always necessary sooner the better. You shouldn't opt randomly. Get to know the pros and cons. You should also think of the scope after studying B.Com BBA or BCA even think of the higher studies after that. While studying B.Com you can do CA CS CFA Costing etc. Many related professional courses are there which will be based on B.Com. These are really good degrees and will give you good salaried job. In case of BBA, it is always best to study MBA after that which increases the scope of your growth. A hype over MBA is there and really you are sure to get at least some job, if you get that degree. BCA is the base for MCA which is also good career option. Truly speaking always think of future before taking any decision.
