Hi,
There is no entrance exam for BCA in Pune University. The admission is done on the basis of your 12th maths marks generally. Score well in 12th and you're all set.

To get admission for BCA in SPPU all you need is your 12th standard score and your mathematics score with minimum 50% marks, without maths subject in your 12th you won't be eligible for BCA in Pune University and what score of 12th would be required completely depends on the college you choose. I suggest try scoring better marks in 12th and go for good reputed colleges, just look for deadlines of application forms.

Yes, it is a good choice, career options in these fields are growing exponentially. You can also do MCA after doing BCA.

Admission will not be processed without the presence of the candidate and the submission of mandatory original documents mentioned below;
1. Copy of Class 10 and class 12 marks statement.
Transfer certificate from last qualified institution (TC) (If Available).
Migration certificate (MIG) from last qualified institution is applicable only for candidates from outside Karnataka (If Available).

It is obvious you will be benefited if you choose Master's degree i.e. MCA after your graduation in BCA. It will increase your chances for employability. Then there are other options as well like MBA and MCM. But to increase your chances to get your desired job post you will need relevant skills and more importantly hands-on experience.
