Yes, Undoubtedly A commerce student can admit in BCA. There are large number of universities offer BCA for Arts, Commerce and Science student.

Bachelors degree Course since it is pursued after successful completion of 10+2 (or its equivalent) examination from a recognized Board / University. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination who are awaiting their results(10+2) are also eligible to apply.
