It is always better to go for a regular course. But if you are a working person and don't have enough time to attend regular classes, then distance learning is not bad. As far as a job is concerned, you can apply anywhere provided your degree is recognised/approved by government bodies like UGC/AICTE/DEB.

Yes you can apply For BCA .fees is different as per college or university.Normally regular BCA fees is 30000 per semester and hostel fee normally 3500 to 5500 except security deposits.hostel fee may very as per college rules and regulations.

There is no cut-off system like Delhi University.
If selected, then you will be sent a counselling letter by post which is also available for you to check online under the admissions tab.
