You should do B.Tech in computer science or information technology branch. B.Tech is far better than BCA.

No, they don't teach us to photoshop in BCA but the creative team conducts many workshops throughout the year in which potential interested students can learn the art of designing and editing, plus many members of the group are there to help you out.

Yes, there are placements in COER for BCA but not that good.
In terms of academics, it's quite good and teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable.

Yes, you can pursue BCA from another college. But it is not sure that they will give admission in 2nd year or not. It is affiliated to different university that is Gujarat University. So, there are few chances to get admission in 2nd year. You can continue you BCA from Banswara. After completion, join another best college for master course that can help you for good placement. If you continue your BCA from Banswara, then you need take personal coaching fro the programmimg languages like C,C+ and Data structure etc. that are probably not available in Banswara.
