Hello,
DDS is the same degree as BDS in India. It is better for you to do the Diploma first.

It is usually of four years. Bachelor degree programs in Canada are of four years duration.

To get an education loan, contact HDFC Credila or SBI Education Loan department. The rate of interest offered by SBI is better than Credila, but Credila is more systematic.
