CSE for B.Tech is the best course in almost all engineering colleges. Many new branches have emerged recently such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and many other branches of CSE courses. Newly created courses are also very popular and many students choose to enter the software industry. Recently, new branches have also emerged along with CSE.

The campus is quiet and surrounded by trees. These events are often offered to encourage students to participate inextracurricular activities. There are good facilities such as fast wifi, good classrooms and libraries, as well as various sportscompetitions held from time to time. Hostels are very good, three people per room. Candidates need to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the BPUT authorities. The qualified candidates are then invited for a GD and PI round, after which, the merit list of selected candidates is disclosed and the students are allotted with respective colleges according to the merit.
