For doing BA in Psychology, you don't have to have biology in plus two. If you are planning to go for PG, you may opt for any branch of psychology like clinical psychology, counselling and psychology, sports psychology, criminal psychology, etc. You may work with hospitals, colleges, schools and universities, NGO's, etc. It is a career with lots of opportunities.

Genetic engineering refers to the direct manipulation of DNA to alter an organisms characteristics (phenotype) in a particular way. Genetic engineering, sometimes called genetic modification, is the process of altering the DNA in an organism's genome. This may mean changing one base pair, deleting a whole region of DNA, or introducing an additional copy of a gene. It may also mean extracting DNA from another organisms genome and combining it with the DNA of that individual. So, if you have a strong command on biology you would be easily able to do it. Just have a strong will. Where there is a will there is a way.

You have to decide it yourself. Know what you like. Higher studies in Biology, Pharma, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Bioengineering, etc. Can be. Like Countries - Norway, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Germany, etc. Are affordable options. Singapore and Canada are also available but not as low. Talking about course, considered.
