Don't just opt for PCM as you think it is a shortcut to earn money, nothing today gives any guarantee and certainty. But, if you have interest in something, money will come automatically without even bothering about it. Doctors are most needed in India (it is what I feel), we are developing, but still people (mostly children) are dying from illness, epidemics, malnutrition, and most of the doctors go abroad rather than helping here. I would suggest you to take diploma courses in Culinary Arts which will more over emphasis on culinary learning and it will help you get all the basic you need for cooking.
