For admission to M.Sc. in Molecular Biology at Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA), students should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field like B.Sc. in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for the reserved categories). Admission is on the basis of the SOA Admission Test (SAAT); national-level entrance exams such as NEET or CUET are not necessary for this course. The course lasts for two years (four semesters), and the annual tuition fee is around INR 85,000, taking the overall programme fee to around INR 1.7 lakh. Yes, you can definitely do MSc in biology after completing BSc (ZBC) as it is also one of the best option for students to be the efficient biology professor because in M.Sc students can get deeper understanding of different biological sciences and also becomes specialised in particular interested areas.After completing M.Sc biology in any particular areas of biology, you have to clear NET (national eligibility test) conducted by university grants commission (UGC) to be accepted as an assistant professor
