The latest cutoff is 83.16%, the minimum requirement for this course is 50% in qualifying exam.
Mandatory Subjects : Biology / Bio-Maths

According to Indian Nursing Council a candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCB and English Core/Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognised board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent board.

Yes. you can do marine biology even after completing MBBS as long as you have a BSc with minimum 55% in Marine Biology, zoology, botany, biochemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, fisheries, or aquaculture or fields related to it. And as far as admissions into related universities are concerned, you can give their separate entrance exams which are relatively easier to get into.
