Lovely Professional University is best for pursuing B.Sc. In Biotechnology. If you are looking for quality education, good placements, exposure, academics then LPU is right place, it has all. I am saying this because one of my known is pursuing same course from LPU and her experience is amazing. She told me LPU School of Bioengineering and Biosciences is equipped with state-of-the-art Bioprocess Engineering and Bioscience labs and believes in imparting knowledge to students through a practical approach to achieve mastery in plant and animal physiology. Faculty members works hard tirelessly in enabling students with the acumen to apply the findings of Bio sciences in the fields of medicine, forensics, nutrition and dietetics for the benefit of the community. She Participated in technical events, conferences, workshops, sports and cultural activities help in the holistic development of students. There are BIO ANALYTICAL TECHNIQUES that provides an understanding of the basic principles and applications of analytical techniques used in Biology. There is a course Human Genetics that deals with investigation of human hereditary qualities looking at real leaps forward and current issues in human heredity. The course will incorporate the investigation of hereditary qualities, and the societal ramifications of themes, for example, the human genome venture, DNA fingerprinting, hereditary qualities and knowledge, and hereditary building. There were courses that provides practical exposure on basic biological tests and instrumentation techniques. LPU school of biotechnology provides an ultimate learning experience with a commitment to innovation. Various guest lectures from experts and field visits are organized by the school. The school encourages R & D activities for students to get the benefit. Many students from LPU have successfully collaborated with foreign universities and research institutions.
