Hi,
Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech biotechnology at IPU:
A Candidate Must have passed 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately. Candidate must additionally have passed English as a subject of study (core/ elective/ functional) in the qualifying examination. Thanks.

Hi,
The basic eligibility for this course is pass in 10+2with subjects like mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology etc. Yes, Maths is compulsory for B.Tech biotechnology. Thanks.

Hi,
The yearly fees for B.Sc Biotechnology at Fergusson College Pune is Rs. 12,000 per year. Out of which, Rs 4000 is reserved as tuition fees and Rs. 8000 is regarded as other fees for miscellaneous expenses. Total fees comes down to Rs. 36000 for 3 year durations.

Hi,Placements were decent. Few companies visit every year. The salary offered is good. Sales and marketing jobs are abundant, although a small percentage did get research jobs. But, after Bachelor's degree, people usually move abroad to study further. Thanks.
