Salary package for any person who is an M.Tech in Biotechnology is approximately Rs. 1,00,000 Rs. to 7,00,000 per annum at starting and may exceed upto 10,00,000 Rs. per annum depending upon your experience and a lot of other factors like job role, market conditions, performance of company, strength of organization, etc.

Both programmes are leading to different career path and opportunities. You can find good opportunities with your creativity with B.Sc in animation programme but in the case of B.Sc in biotechnology you should plan upto Ph.D for better opportunities, salary, and knowledge due to complex course module and research area.

Biotechnology is a highly research oriented field, specifically if you are going the B.Sc/M.Sc route. If you are planning to do your B.Sc in Biotechnology, then an M.Sc is imperative for this field.
You can do your M.Sc in a specialized field of biotechnology such as plant biotech, bioinformatics, genetics, molecular biology etc. The reputation of your university plays a large role during your placement sessions.
