No, you need not appear for BITS HD exam if you have a valid GATE/GPAT score. Applicants with valid GATE/GPAT score can also fill BITS HD application form. These applicants are exempt from taking the BITS HD 2024 exam. Candidates who have successfully registered must use their login information to finish the BITS HD 2024 slot booking. Candidates can download their BITS HD admission card 2024 after successfully booking a slot. A few days after the exam ends, the exam authority will provide the BITS HD result 2024 in iteration form. Those that are deemed qualified will be able to take part in the BITS HD counselling in 2024.

Yes, candidates appearing in the BITS HD 2025 exam will be allowed to select their preferred exam date, centre and slot through slot booking facility. The exam authority will commence the BITS HD slot booking after the conclusion of the registration process in online mode. Candidates need to enter their registration number, date of birth (DOB), and password to complete BITS HD slot booking 2025.

Birla Institute of Technical Science will release the BITS HD admit card on its official website. Successfully registered candidates who have completed the slot booking will be able to able to download their BITS HD admit card through registration number, date of birth (DOB), and password. Candidates appearing in the exam have to carry their BITS HD admit card along with one valid photo ID proof at the exam centre. Applicants first need to complete the BITS HD slot booking with preferred date, slot and centre. After successful slot booking, candidates will be able to download the BITS HD admit card.

No, it is compulsory to carry a hardcopy of BITS HD admit card. The authorities will not allow any candidate to take the exam having BITS HD admit card on phone. Along with the BITS HD hall ticket, candidates also need to carry one valid photo ID proof to the exam centre. Applicants must avoid carrying any restricted items, such as googles, calculators, etc. inside the BITS HD exam centre.

Birla Institute of Technical Science will release the BITS HD 2026 admit card online on its official website. Candidates must carry their hall ticket with a valid ID proof and calculator (without any connectivity or programmable feature). Rough sheet will be provided inside exam hall.

Previous year GATE question papers are sufficient for preparing the HD exam. And as usual, refer reference books of your respective subjects for qualitative inputs. Hope this helps you.

The difficulty level of the BITS HD exam is not that high and you can easily score if you do exam specific preparation. Unlike the GATE exam, not all the questions are conceptual, some of them are quite easy and theoretical questions are also included.

BITS HD Entrance Exam is similar to GATE examination. If you are clear with your B.Tech subjects, and in touch with the concepts, you will do well. Preparation of GATE, gives you an upper edge in BITS HD Entrance exam, as the questions are not very different. All the best.
