If you are taking dual degree in computer Science in bits then you can take admission in bits or else you should go for vit Vellore CSE.

BITS does has a seat for the board toppers and looking at your percentage it can be surely said that you must have topped in your state. You should apply here.

You can't get CSE in IIT Jammu / Bhilai. So if you can get CSE in bits Hyderabad then go for it because there is no chancr in IIT in CSE.
