Cessna 152 - Rs.7000-8000 Per Hour
Cessna 172 - Rs.9000-11000 Per Hour
P-16 - Rs.15000-18000 Per Hour

And any candidate who gets enrolled for this professional training requires to complete 200 hrs of flying, in order to get his/her CPL issued.
Hence the total cost including accommodation + food goes around 35-40Lakhs.

For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. CPL requires you to be 18 years in age. Irrespective of the flying club you can start your training / medicals / exams once you have attained this minimum age.

The webpage of this college is silent about the fee charged for various courses even though it gives almost every other information. It would be recommendable to get in touch with the college officials for the same.

I don't think, there is any institute in India which charges just Rs 28,700 for CPL.
As much as I know, the minimum cost for CPL in India is Rs.25,00,000 .

You must complete Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in maths and physics.
You must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for a Student Pilot License, 17 for a Private Pilot License, and 18 for a Commercial Pilot License.
