BSc MLT (Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology) and BMLT (Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology) are both undergraduate degree programs related to medical laboratory technology, but they may vary in certain aspects.
The focus of the programs may also differ slightly. BSc MLT programs may emphasize a broader scientific education, incorporating subjects from various branches of Science in addition to medical laboratory technology. BMLT courses, while still providing a strong foundation in laboratory technology, may have a more specialised focus on medical laboratory practices and techniques.

No one generally cannot use "Dr." with their name after a BMLT course because title is reserved for medical practitioners (like MBBS) or those with a PhD and BMLT is a paramedical/technologist course not a medical degree even though you're a vital part of healthcare.
