As per my knowledge and experience, as you have successfully completed your graduation degree B.Sc with botany, then you are definitely eligible for Masters in botany and there are many different universities in which you can take admission and study further some of them used to conduct their entrance test while some of them used to check your graduation percentage and decides according.
