If you planning to go abroad, then why not pursue your Masters from any prestigious college abroad. On the other note there is no harm or demerit in pursuing your Masters from India if you are planning on going abroad in future. But, it would be better to pursue your Master's degree abroad in my opinion. All the best.

There are so many courses for which you can apply like:Biotechnology
Biochemistry
Microbiology
Zoology
Botany
MBBS
BDS
BAMS
BHMS
Some among these are 3 years, and some are 5 years course, as they are medical sciences. Choose the one that you like. All the best.

-Post Graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy and Nutrition
-MBA in Healthcare Management
You may opt for specialised fields such as:
-Integumentary
-Cardiopulmonary
-Sports Physiotherapy
-Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy
-Neurological Physiotherapy
-Geriatric Physiotherapy
-Pediatric physiotherapy
-Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (Orthopedics)
There are many course options available. One must opt for the course which matches the interest and skills.
