No, BPT people can't do surgery. BPT course is mostly about non-invasive ways, physical therapy, exercises, and other ways to help patients get better, move well, reduce pain, and make body work good.
Physiotherapists don't have license for surgery. Surgery is done by doctors, especially surgeons who learn special training for surgery.

Yes, you can become a Chiropractic doctor after a BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) course. You must have to complete the chiropractic course after the Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Courses:
- Master in Chiropractic
- 6-month Certificate course in chiropractic
- 1-year Diploma in chiropractic
- 1-year advanced fellowship in chiropractic
- Doctor of Medicine in Chiropractic (After PG)
