The BTech syllabus is not similar in all the Indian colleges. Talking about the first year of BTech, the general subjects taught are almost similar that include Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and other engineering fundamentals to provide a basic foundation for the BTech course ahead. Further, the BTech syllabus will differ on the basis of the specialisation you have chosen and the college, different colleges follow their own set of guidelines regarding the course curriculum that includes both core and elective subjects along with practical lab work.

Malla Reddy University BTech is a four-year course offered at the UG level. Admission to this course is completely entrance-based. Candidates are required to pass Class 10 and Class 12 with 60% aggregate from a recognised board are eligible to apply for this course. Further, candidates are required to appear in one entrance exam accepted by the university including MHT CET / JEE / PERA CET/ any state-level entrance exam for admission.

The college conducted various rounds of counselling in 2024 for seat allotment. TSSM College of Engineering BE cutoff is released separately for each of the accepted programmes. The exam-wise cutoff for BE programmes was as follows:
- MHT CET Last Round Percentile Range (General-Home State): 46.28 - 85.45
- MHT CET Last Round Percentile Range (OBC-Home State): 7.5 - 84.57
- MHT CET Last Round Percentile Range (General & OBC-All India): 2.76 - 16.57

TSSM College of Engineering BE admission is entrance-based. Candidates are shortlisted based on JEE Main/MHT CET/CAP exam scores. The aspirants who are Class 12 or equivalent exam pass from a recognised board can apply. The applicats can register either on the official website or get in touch with the admission office to know about offline application.
After conclusion of application process, a cutoff list can be released separately for each of the entrance exam. Candidates who meet the cutoff criteria can get a seat in the course. On payment of admission fee, the seat is confirmed.

The mode of SRM IST Delhi-NCR Campus, Ghaziabad course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on entrance exam scores and merit. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main, SRMJEEE, and others. Candidates applying through JEE Main must first register for the JEE Main exams. Then appear for the JEE Main exam. Then with valid scores apply on the official website of the university.

Considering the AOT cutoff 2024 for the BTech courses, only Round 1 seat allotment was released for the ECE course. Considering the AOT ECE cutoff 2024, the cutoff stood at 81257. So, yes, it can definitely be possible to get into AOT with a mere rank of 20k. Check out below the ECE year-wise cutoff:

Apart from JEE Mains, candidates with valid scores in OJEE/ SSU CET can also apply for admission.
