Central University and B.Tech. Program: Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya Situated at Sagar offers B.Tech programme in Computer Science, Electronics and Chemical Branches etc., . Though, it is famous for arts and Science subjects B.Tech programme is slowly and gradually building its reputation.

The university possesses relatively good lab and library services but it does not possess sophisticated engineering amenities as prestigious colleges and universities have. Admission is done through Management Quota in terms of JEE Mains ranking and the college has a capacity to intake of 60-120 students per branch annually.
