To apply for B.E. or B.Tech at Government Engineering College, Erode, you can meet the following eligibility criteria and admission process:
Qualifying exams
You must pass the HSC (Academic) or its equivalent with the minimum average percentage in the relevant subjects.
Entrance exams

It is possible to secure a seat in the B.E. / B.Tech programs in PET Engineering College without attending the TNEA counselling session but under the management quota. While TNEA is the most recognised channel of admission where one has to pass their 12th-class examination and qualify, the college reserves some seats under management quota where TNEA need not be attended.

To gain admission to the B.E./B.Tech programme of Shri Balwant Institute of Technology one needs to attend UPSEE for 85% of the total seats or apply for management quota through the remaining 15% for which a valid UPSEE rank or JEE Main score is necessary.
