ILAM - Sushant University Gurgaon offers a B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning programme that appears to be a strong option. The university has industry partnerships and a curriculum focused on training students in specialised AI/ML courses along with fundamental computer Science engineering. The programme also seems to have good placement support from the university's Corporate Resource Center. However, without direct comparison to Vivekananda Global University's AI/ML program, it's difficult to definitively say if ILAM - Sushant University is "as good."

NIT Patna accepts JEE Main ranks for admission to the BTech courses. NIT Patna Round 5 Cutoff was released for candidates under the AI and the HS quota. The most competitive course, for the General AI category candidates was Computer Science and Engineering with the closing Cutoff rank of 14442. The easiest course to get into NIT Patna, for the General AI category students was BTech in Civil Engineering, with the Round 5 cutoff rank of 46400.

Yes . You can join C.U.Shah University without JEE Mains examination for B.Tech . The university accepts the GUJCET exam scores also for admission process.
GUJCET - Gujarat Common Entrance Test.
The GUJCET exam is conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). The exam is conducted yearly once . The mode of the exam is purely offline i.e with pen and paper and conducted across various dedicated exam centers accross Gujarat.
So if you're planning to get into C.U.Shah University without JEE Mains, it is necessary to write the GUJCET exam and get valid scores .
