Indeed, the four-year BE programme at the University Institute of Engineering & Technology (UIET) is broken up into eight semesters. A minimum of Class 12 completion is required for candidates to apply to any BTech specialization. Six specializations, including Electrical Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, etc., are available as BTech programs at UIET. Candidates must have earned a cumulative 60% in Physics and Mathematics as required subjects in their Class 12th (or equivalent) Diploma from an accredited board.
