No, Maharshi Dayanand University does not accept direct admission to BTech. Students have to appear for JEE (Main) exam and score valid marks upto the cutoff to get admission in BTech courses. However, candidates who failed to apply before the JEE Main deadline or could not qualify in the exam can still get admissions through other entrance exams such as HSTES.

Yes a B.Tech CSE (AI & ML) graduate can apply for the UP B.Ed JEE exam provided they meet the minimum aggregate marks requirement. Candidates must hold a graduation or post graduation degree in Science Arts Commerce or Engineering from a recognised university. General and OBC category candidates generally need a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks in their engineering degree. Reserved category applicants (SC/ST) usually receive relaxation as per state norms.

I think Galgotias can be a good option for B.Tech, especially if you make proper use of the opportunities available. Along with academics, students get exposure through technical clubs, projects, hackathons, internships and placement activities. The overall college exposure and the experiences you get through different activities can also help you develop both technical and personal skills.
