There are about 500+ Engineering colleges in Maharashtra that offer Computer Science Engineering courses. Among these, 445 colleges are privately owned, 24 colleges are owned by public/government organisations and public-private entities own 2 colleges. JEE Main, MHT CET, etc. are the tests in top BTech in CSE colleges in Maharashtra. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Nuzvid are generally good, with a majority of students getting placed in reputable companies and some students receiving high salary packages.
