The eligibility criteria for admission to the Bachelor of Technology Marine Engineering program at MANET include passing Class 12 with a minimum of 50 percent marks, and qualifying exams such as PERA CET, MHTCET, Uni-GAUGE-E, or JEE Mains.
For B.Tech Lateral Entry, candidates must pass in Diploma in relevant discipline with an aggregate of 55% marks. However, admission to B.Tech Lateral entry will be done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination followed by medical test.
Candidate must have a valid passport at the time of application.

No, JEE is not required to take admission for BTech at Saintgits college of engineering. The student are given admission on the basis of merit of entrance exam KEAM ie., Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical Entrance Exam. The student need to have a favorable score in the above mentioned exam and should qualify in the cutoff.

It totally depends on the seats available in different departments of BTech. The cutoff decides how much score will be needed to get admission. And the cutoff totally depends on seats available. If the number of seats available in the student's desired department is more then he/she may get a seat with a minimum cutoff. But if the seats are less then he/she needs a good score in the entrance exam in order to get the admission.

BTech placements at Saintgits college of engineering are decent. The placement packages and rates are not very good but are okay. In the 2023 placements the highest package offered to students was 10LPA, and average package was around 4LPA. About 90 percent of students got placed. The placement packages are not too high but students get a decent return on thier money invested on the fees. The companies which approach the students are good companies like Wipro, Intel, IBM etc.
