The latest cutoff information is not the latest, it is based on the JEE 2023 marks or entrance test of this university. So the marks you must score around 95 to 97 percentile in JEE exams to get admission if you score 95 percentile at least you get a core subject but for electronics and computer science courses you must score at least 97 percentile in JEE exam.

If you are taking admission through their admissions test rather than minimum marks the last student who is admitted to B.Tech courses scored around 105 marks  but if you score 120 marks than you are safe to get a seat but in the case of 105 or less than you have to wait if some students do not take admission then you will get a seat in this college. 

Yes slightly better than sastra university  as far fees is concerned  the fees is slightly less than sastra university. You can get more engineering streams as compared to sastra and curriculum is good no burden on the students as far as exams is concerned.  

You can get good industrial knowledge  in thus university and faculty is also far better than any pvt university as far as main campus is concerned.   From placement perspective salary around 20 Lacs is given upto 60 percent students and uptov50 Lacs to 5 to 10 percent student which is also  a big deal as compared to sastra university. 

PMU provides BCom in various specialisations. The career prospects after pursuing BCom at PMU vary across these specialisations. Generally, BCom graduates can build a career as Accountants, Accounts Managers, Business Consultants, Sales Executives, Financial Analysts etc. The average package for the university's BCom graduates ranges from INR 1.2 Lacs to 1.8 lakh.  Gradutes can also pursue CA, ACS,  ICWAI, MBA, MCom,  MHRM and other professional degrees in India and abroad.

As per the NIRF report 2023, 9 out of 20 MArch graduates were successfully placed during 2022 placements. Earlier, 8 out of 12 MArch students were placed in top companies during 2021 placements. The scholarships are awarded to the students of BTech courses based on the merit list prepared for admission. The sanctioned scholarship will be given throughout the programme subject to the fulfilment of the condition that the student has passed all the semester exams and has a minimum of 80% attendance in the previous academic year.
