The eligibility criteria for BTech course at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Tiruchirappalli (IIIT Trichy) is that candidate should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate. Moreover, candidates also needs to clear the national-level entrance exams which include JEE Main.

B.Tech placements in Vinoba Bhave University is of average level which is showing a growth from last years.
Around 44% students of the B.Tech got placed which was 33% more than the last years which is a good number. Median package for B.Tech students is also average which is around 3 to 4 lakhs.
If we talk about the trend of median package of B.Tech then it decreases in 2021 from 3.5 to 3 Lacs per annum and increased from 3 to 3.5 Lacs per annum from 2021 to 2022 which shows a positive growth.

Its almost impossible to take admission into B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. As Physics, Chemistry and Maths are the compulsory subjects.
To take admission now you can opt for doing Maths from open board i.e. National Institute Of Open Schooling.

NIMCET syllabus focuses more on the theoretical and problem solving work of the students while BSc IT/BTech CS are more leaning into skill based and practical syllabus. Many topics which are known to be more theoretical are hence included into NIMCET syllabus while they are skipped from BSc IT/BTech understandably.

Fee structure of Vinoba Bhave University is quite affordable fir some of the courses. For B tech programme the fee vary according to the discipline in which one is pursuing his/her graduation. Like for the discipline like IT and AI sector it is more than the other like chemical engineering. It vary from 69700rs to approximately 3 to 4 Lacs per annum. If we compare it with othe universities then it is somewhat similar or something less .

Procedure for taking admission in B.Tech in Vinoba Bhave University (VBU) is not specifically depend on any particular entrance exam. But for being eligible to take admission in Vinoba Bhave University one must have to pass 12th class with minimum of 50 %. And other than that JEE score and other state level engineering entrance exams are considered for getting admission in different branches of B.Tech courses.

Placement Experience:
From 4th -5th semester you become eligible for placements . Many multi national companies such as TCS, WIPRO and BYZUS comes to hire students and the college supports us in taking placement from this college. A minimum of 80% students are getting placed from this college.
Internships Opportunities:
There are many local companies providing internship along with some multinational companies such as TCS with the minimum stipend of 10000 INR. They help us to develop our skills and they teach us how to work and we get many projects on web development and software development.

For its B.Tech program, SRM University Sikkim offers approximately 450 seats. There are seats available in a variety of engineering specialties. There are fifteen seats reserved for Sikkim students in the biotechnology programme and fifteen more seats are available for students from other areas. Sikkim and non-Sikkim students each have 15 seats in the civil engineering program. There is a better placement record in Vinoba Bhave University than R.V.S College of Engineering and Technology, which has no record of placements in the university. Also the number of placements in Vinoba Bhave University is increased from the last year. And also the median package is also increased last year. The median package offered during Vinoba Bhave University BTech placements 2022 stood at INR 4 LPA.
At RVSCET, the total fees for B.E. / B.Tech (7 courses), is around 2.7 L - 3.6 Lakhs.
At VBU, the total fees for B.E. / B.Tech (17 courses), is around 69.2 K - 2.8 Lakhs.
