Hello, you just need to dial Manipal to know if they accept any student without any examination. Theoretically, deemed to be universities can admit students under management quota without any exam. Also some deemed to be universities admit merit holders of 12th board without any examination. Best wishes to you.

Hi, yes definitely you can seek admission in IIT. You just need to have obtained 75% or more marks in your Diploma to be basically eligible. Then of course you need to appear for JEE Mains and then JEE Advanced examination and also be in higher bracket of ranking to have reasonably good chances of getting admission in an IIT.
