Only a handful of companies hire BTech students who have studied in distance modes. Companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant and other service based companies prefer students who have full-time Engineering courses. However, other don't bother and prefer distance candidates too. These companies value skill-set more than the mode of your degree. Hope this helps!

Yes, MANET Pune offers scholarship to BTech regular students. However, the student should have PCM as a compulsory subjects in Class 12 to avail the scholarship. This Scholarship will be awarded only for the First Year of the Programme. The student should maintain all clear results in both the semester of the first year. More details are mentioned below:
