There are a total of 203 seats for BTech at Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University. HNB Garhwal University also reserves seat under this UG course for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC candidates. The seat allotment is done based on the applicants scores in CUET/JEE Main examination. The mentioned seat count is as per official website/sanctioning body. Yes a student can apply and get admission in SMIT Sikkim with 60% marks in class 12th, as the minimum marks for admission is 45% in 12th.

As far as the B.Tech admission cut off scheme is concerned:-
Passed 10+2 Examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
So definitely a person with 60% marks in 12th standard can apply in this esteemed college and further get admission.

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech at ITM University, Gwalior, include the following:
- Applicants must have cleared 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks from the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects
- The selection of candidates is based on the ITM NEST entrance exam conducted by the University
- Candidates need to have passed 10+2 in PCM/PCB with a minimum of 50% marks
The university also considers the marks obtained in the 10+2 examination and entrance exams for selection
