Yes, if you receive 60% in your class 12 grades, you can apply to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) Kota for a B.Tech programme. Candidates must have completed a 3-year Diploma in engineering and technology with at least 45% aggregate (40% for candidates in the reserved category) or Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category candidates) in order to be eligible for admission to RTU Kota's B.Tech programme. The student's merit in class 12 is the basis for admission. As a result, you can apply to RTU Kota for a B.Tech programme if your class 12 GPA is 60%.

As per the admission brochure of Himalayan University for the 2023-24 academic year, there are 1200 seats available for the B.Tech programme overall.
So 1200 students can do B.Tech in Himalayan University.
The number of seats available for each B.Tech specialisation is 240.
There are 5 B.Tech specialisation in this University as follows:-
- Civil Engineering
- Computer Science Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics and Communication Engineering.

I think both SLIET and SMVDU are reputed institutes for B.Tech in India.
- SMVDU is better than SLIET for placement and facilities
- The package range of SLIET is INR 4 TO 19 Lakh.
- The package offered at SMVDU is INR 4.5 to 25 Lakh.
- The growth rate offered at SMVDU roughly 30%, 10% is SLIET.

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University BTech fees include components like tuition fees, registration fees, university enrolment fees, etc. Some of the fee components are only one-time chargeable. The course fee varies for the courses offered on campus and by the university-affiliated colleges. The total tuition fee for HNBGU BTech ranges between INR 67,050 and INR 5,00,000. This fee is as per official sources/concerning bodies. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative.

The admission process for BTech is based on qualifying entrance exams such as JEE Main. Candidates with JEE Main rank less than 3,00,000 or Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) rank less than 50,000 are exempted from Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT)

For admission to Sharda School of Engineering and Technology, you have to get atleast 60% in 12th and for 10 th class you have to get at least 50% in all subjects.
In JEE Main you have to score atleast 80 % or upto 300000 rank.

The intake capacity of CSE at Sharda University is 180 but most of the colleges including Sharda University teach CS and IT students together, so the combined intake capacity would be 300. There are around 4-5 sections in the CS department and each section includes 50-60 students.
