The cutoff for B.Tech in CUJ varies from year to year, it is based on the marks secured in Central University Entrance Test (CUET). Any candidate who had completed 12th grade or equivalent with minimum of 45% are eligilble to get a seat in CUJ after scoring sufficient marks in CUET. The candidate can get an idea of the cutoff marks by seeing the cutoff marks in the previous year. They can expect the similar trends in the year also more or less.

Yes, the B.Tech candidate can avail for scholarship at Quantum School of Technology (Admission Office). Quantum University conducts Q-Care exam to admit students seeking admission to 55+ programmes including Engineering, Management, Law, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Hotel Management etc. Q-Care is an exam with numerous benefits; it forms the base of eligibility for some courses and for scholarships for most of the programmes. The total tuition fees for BTech is INR 11.6 lakh at IIIT Kottayam. The total fees has components such as tuition fee, medical insurance, sports, etc. Aspirants also need to pay a caution deposit of INR 13,000 for BTech. The caution deposit is paid only once.

Candidates wishing to apply for BTech course at Amity Mumbai must complete a minimum of Class 12. Below is detailed eligibility for Amity Mumbai BTech course:
- A pass in Class 12 with PCM with at least 60% aggregate is required to apply for BTech course.
