Whether or not you can get into JJTU B.Tech with 70% in class 12th depends on the cutoff for the year in which you are applying. The cutoff varies from year to year, but it is generally around 85% for general category students. If you are from a reserved category, the cutoff may be lower.
In addition to your class 12th marks, you will also need to have a good score in the JEE Main exam. The JEE Main is a national-level entrance exam for engineering colleges in India. The cutoff for the JEE Main varies from year to year, but it is generally around 80 percentile for general category students.

Well, both the BTech and Early Career Programme (at HCL TechBee) have their benefits. BTech is a full-time four-year programme which has a rigorous curriculum while the other hand Early Career Programme at HCL TechBee is 12-month hybrid programme in which students can get admission just after passing class 12.
After completing the 12-month programme at HCL TechBee, students will get hired by HCL Tech for entry-level IT jobs with an initial package of INR 2.2 LPA which is very good pay for someone who passed class 12 a year ago. Also, while pursuing the programme, students will get a monthly stipend of INR 10,000.

Yes, Bennett University offers five-year Integrated BTech + MTech course in Biotechnology. Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics and Biology/ Biotechnology/ Botany/ Zoology as compulsory subjects with at least 55% aggregate along with any other third subject or with a minimum score of 24 in IB Board is required can apply for Integrated BTech + MTech in Biotechnology.
