It cannot be said that a student with a minimum cutoff for BTech will get a seat at Saveetha Institute of medical and technical sciences or not. The cutoff totally depends on the number of seats available for the students. The student are alloted the seats according to the number of seats only. You may or may not get a seat with a minimum cutoff, If there a high number of seats then the cutoff will be less and you may get a seat. But if the number of seats are less then the cutoff will be high and you may not get a seat.

The number of student who will be able to do BTech at Saveetha Institute of medical and technical sciences totally depends on the number of seats available. This year approximately 1250 seats are available for the students to take admission. Different department of BTech have different number of seats available, for eg in BTech cs  180 seats are available, while in machenical 60 seats are available.
