Yes, NGF College of Engineering and Technology does offer direct admission in the B.E. / B.Tech course by OLET Haryana exemption. There are direct walk-in admission opportunities offered in the college. One may visit the campus and see an admission counselor for registration, form fill up and submission of relevant documents.
The merit of which is considered mainly by assessing scores from JEE Main and HSTES counseling. So if you can satisfy the eligibility criteria wherein you have to secure more than 45% in 10+2 examinations then you can directly apply there without taking OLET there. As compared to previous years, the new cut-off mark for the B.Tech Program in Computer Science and Business Systems, Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) for the year 2024 is now put at 432 in the General category. Just a limit of JEE Main rank under 432 was considered for the first round of admission processed through this criterion.
The closing rank came after the last round at around 900000 for this course.
Indicating that cut-offs vary by category and by rounds; hence, aspirants must keep monitoring the announcement given by the concerned authority to check their status in selection.

Since you are an AIR 827976 in JEE Mains, Pvt Engineering Colleges or even Government Colleges in the states seem to be a good catching point because the cutoffs are not so high.
Heritage Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Carpet Technology and new IIITs like IIIT Kalyani, IIIT Una are some good options for you. Also explore the state-level engineering colleges in my home state under? 4 Lacs in which most times there are home candidates reserved seats at much lower cut-offs.
NIT Goa has specific branches having quite higher cut-off lines.

Eligibility criteria for B.E. / B.Tech at Alagappa Chettiar Government College of Engineering and Technology (ACCET) include a candidate's successful completion of 10+2 or equivalent examination with 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The candidate should be between 17 and 25 years of age, as relaxed by the government rules. Admission is through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions counselling, which takes into consideration the marks scored in the 10+2 examinations. Yes, you can get admission to a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) after completing a Diploma in CSE through lateral entry. Many top colleges provide lateral entry to BTech based on a diploma. Some of these colleges are:

The position of being at a CRL rank of 352084 along with an OBC NCL rank of 125766 will not fetch you any good seat in the top NITs, IITs, or any branch such as CSE.
It would be better to start looking for some government engineering colleges in your state and GFTIs.
They would have slightly lower cut-offs than those of NITs and IITs and provide reasonable value for your B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering.
