The final selection is done through an E-counselling process based on CUET marks. To be eligible for the exam, the candidate must have passed class 12th in any stream from any recognized board.

To be eligible for admission at Velammal Engineering College for an MBA, applicants need to have a minimum of 50% scores in graduation.
