No, it won't be a problem. You should have obtained at least 50% in the qualifying degree exam. Backlogs will not affect your enrollment for the Entrance examination. I got 6 backlogs in my previous semester (5th semester), and I think I will get 2 or 3 backlogs this semester also.

No refund is granted once the payment is made. If the parent chooses to withdraw the admission of the student from the university for any reason whatsoever, no refund of the amount is made.
If for any reason, the parent/student has paid in excess of the required amount at any time during the academic session either, the excess fee amount collected would be adjusted against the ensuing payments.
